Not surprising, but surprising that Luis would admit it. And if this is the case (and I think it is), then the question is whether we wait until 2011 or later to push again or finally decide it's time to look at other strategies like piecemeal reform (pass DREAM, AgJobs, legal immigration reform now and deal with legalization later) or look at administrative actions like TPS or parole and a moratorium on deportations for people who would otherwise meet the requirements of a proposed legalization program.

I may be ignorant here but why do you have 2 I-94s? Your I94 is invalid once you leave the country. So I would think the number on the latest and current I94 is the number you would use.

Can this agency be any more incompetent? This will likely lead to lawsuits by those who were "mistakenly" notified that they were selected. Glad I didn't get a notice this year. I would be very upset.

We have filed for our I-485 application.
I came to know from one of my friends that we do not receive our EAD after 90 days of receiving the receipt no
we can go to nearest immigration office to get it.
Is this the right span of time or we need to wait for more time.
How does this work.

My lawyer said it was ok and we have applied for h4 extension for spouse. Its under regular processing at VSC so I won't know the outcome for a few months.

My Lawyer also suggested that we apply Porting PD after the second I 140 gets approved instead of doing it at the time of applying for second I 140.

I'd suggest contacting Adobe. Surely if you have a product that supports the file-format, and an upgrade of the firmware changes that, it's part of Adobe's support package to allow an upgrade of the Raw File support.
